Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a separate self-contained form of holistic bodywork manual. The treatment follows the course of the meridians (energy pathways) and stimulates them as needed.

Shiatsu is a Japanese word and stands for finger and pressure. Pressure is, however, performed with the palms, feet, elbows and knees on specific body sites. Stretching and rocking techniques and rotations complete the holistic treatment. Due to the smooth flow of chi, the self-healing powers are activated, the immune system strengthened, and physical well-being improved.

Jin Shin Jyutsu

Jin Shin Jyutsu is a millennia-old art of harmonizing the life energy and to release energy blockages in the body.

The healing art from Japan is working with 26 points on the body, the so-called energy locks. With your hands usually 2 of these energy locks are held and then placed on the energy flow.
