Gourmet Cuisine

Being on holidays also means “taking time”. Time for the pleasant and enjoyable things in life. Our luxury half board means the perfection of your holidays – starting with a rich breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks in-between and ending the day with a dinner that is truly a “feast for the senses”.

We select our products carefully: All dairy products such as butter, cheese and yogurt as well as hearty bacon comes from local farmers. Fresh vegetables, crisp lettuce and pure natural honey are also grown regionally. We want to know where our food comes from – and at the same time we reduce CO² pollution by avoiding long transportation distances.

When it comes to meat you can also rely on regional quality: Any kind of venison we get from our own hunting, lamb and beef come from our own organic farming. Our cuisine follows the natural rhythm of the seasons. Enjoy delicious spring, summer, autumn and winter variations. Of course we also consider food intolerances.

Breakfast Buffet

Vital and hearty breakfast buffet with homemade and quality products from local farmers such as savoury cold meats and various cheeses, freshly prepared egg dishes, homemade breads and spreads, a selection of yogurts, cereals, etc.

Extra small buffet for guests with food intolerances.

Afternoon Snacks

In the afternoon we prepare a buffet with hot soup and small delicacies as well as homemade cakes.

Fresh fruit is available all day.

Grander water throughout the house.

Dinner

The highlight of the day is our 5-course gourmet menu – created from regional ingredients from local suppliers and farmers as well as our own farm. Choose between “hearty & traditional” or “health & wholefood”.

Daily rich salad and soup buffet.

House buffets, themed evenings with delicacies from the cuisine and wine cellar.

Separate children’s buffet including beverages.
