Summer 2023

• For cancellations on the day of arrival we charge 100% of the total amount.
• For cancellations up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival we charge 80% of the total amount.
• For cancellations from 13 to 7 days prior to the date of arrival we charge 50% of the total amount.
• For cancellations up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival no cancellation fees apply.

Winter 2023/24

• For cancellations on the day of arrival we charge 100% of the total amount.
• For cancellations under 14 days prior to the date of arrival we charge 80% of the total amount.
• For cancellations from 29 to 14 days prior to the date of arrival we charge 50% of the total amount.
• For cancellations up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival no cancellation fees apply.
