Being Safe on Holidays

The safety of our guests and employees is our utmost priority. We have taken the following measures to make your stay pleasant and safe.

  • Our spacious apartments offer plenty of space and sufficient privacy for you and your family.
  • Breakfast can be enjoyed from the buffet in the restaurant. Breakfast in your room/apartment can be arranged by advance booking against extra fee.
  • Restaurant, terrace and the large wellness area ensure sufficient distance to other guests.
  • On request, we offer room service (against fee) and a shopping service 3x per week .
  • Of course we follow all safety measures and have trained our team accordingly.
  • Free protective masks are available for guests.
  • Rooms and access cards are thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
  • Disinfectant dispensers have been installed throughout the hotel. All facilities such as door handles, elevators and staircases are regularly disinfected.

  • For cancellations on the day of arrival we charge 100% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival we charge 50% of the total amount
  • For cancellations 7 or more days prior to arrival no cancellation fees apply.

Special regulation: In the event of a renewed corona pandemic or if you contract COVID-19 (medical certificate must be presented), or in the event of a possible border closure or travel warning, cancellation is also possible at short notice.

  • For cancellations on the day of arrival we charge 100% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival we charge 80% of the total amount
  • For cancellations between 29 and 14 days prior to the date of arrival we charge 50% of the total amount.
  • For cancellations 30 or more days prior to arrival no cancellation fees apply.

Cover exists in the event that you, as the insured customer, are unable to commence the trip

  • because you have been found to have an elevated temperature measured, even if a later test result is negative, or you have tested positive for COVID-19 without showing symptoms.
  • if you show COVID-19 symptoms.
  • because a close relative or a person living in the same household has contracted COVID-19 and your presence is urgently required.
  • because a close relative in the shared household has contracted COVID-19 and you must therefore be quarantined.

On the day of arrival, rooms and apartments will be ready from 14.30. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.30.

  • Daily airing and shaking of duvets
  • Daily emptying of dustbins
  • Apartments: 1x cleaning per week for stays of 7 days and more
  • Double rooms: daily cleaning
  • Change of towels after the 3rd day (or on request)
  • Change of bed linen after the 7th day (or on request)

Not inclusive: Cleaning of kitchen and tableware during your stay, local tax, final cleaning fee.

For binding reservations we will charge a deposit of 30% of the total price.

Breakfast buffet is included in the apartment and room rates. Breakfast in your apartment/room can be arranged by advance booking against extra fee.

All apartments are equipped with a complete set of cookware and tableware, kettle, capsule coffee machine with 4 free capsules, 2 free bottles of water, dishwasher, induction hobs, stove with integrated microwace, refrigerator with freezer compartment (shopping service available, please order online and we will fill your fridge), fire blanket, broom, long handle cleaning brush, dustpan set, cleaning bucket, a bag with cleaning utensils (sponge, brush, cleaner, dishwasher tablets, dish towels, sewing kit, cleaning cloths), towels, wellness bag with towels, bathrobe and slippers, bed linen and toilet paper.

YES. The use of the Andy sauna experience, swimming pool and fitness centre is included in the room/apartment price – day of arrival inclusive.
