Spa Etiquette & Opening Hours
- Indoor swimming pool: 08:00 to 20:00
- Family sauna in the pool area (textile sauna): 12:00 to 20:00
- Saunas & steam baths (textile-free area): 13:00 to 20:00
- Wellness terrace: 07:30 to 20:00
- Outdoor whirlpool: 13:00 to 20:00, from 17:00 reserved for guests aged 15+ years
Please note that our sauna area is a textile-free area. The wellness terrace with the outdoor whirlpool is NOT textile free. We also ask you to refrain from reserving sunbeds. Our team regularly clears occupied areas. For the sake of the environment and to save resources, we have changed our saunas to “operation on demand”. Just press the switch next to the door and within a few minutes the ideal temperature is reached – green control light.
Our outdoor whirlpool is an absolute quiet zone and NOT a textile-free area. Children are only allowed to use the outdoor whirlpool when accompanied by an adult! To ensure that our guests can relax in a quiet environment, access is reserved for guests aged 15 and over from 17:00.
In your room, you will find spa bags containing bathrobes and towels for the sauna. You are welcome to dispose of your used towels in the baskets provided in the sauna or swimming pool area.
Please put your mobile phones on silent mode. We do not accept any liability for valuables. Please do not take glasses into the SPA area.
Please respect that our spa environment is one of tranquility and peace and look after your children. The textile-free sauna area is reserved for guests aged 15 years and over. Jumping from the pool edge into the swimming pool and into the outdoor pool is prohibited. Children accompanied by an adult are welcome on the wellness terrace until 17:00. From 17:00, the wellness terrace is reserved exclusively for adult guests.
Our guests are welcome to use our spa area on the day of departure until the evening for an extra charge of € 15 per person.
