In the basement, there is a laundry room for our guests, which you can use free of charge. Please keep the room clean and tidy.
Please avoid washing single items. Please collect your laundry and use the short wash cycle – for the sake of the environment!

To access the night entrance, walk down the stairs at the corner of the building. The night entrance can be opened with the hotel key card.

Before check-in and to unload your luggage, you can park your car kerbside in front of the hotel. Please switch on the hazard warning lights.
The driveway next to the hotel takes you to our multi-storey parking garage. Take advantage of a free parking space on the 1st or 2nd level during your stay.
We have reserved three parking spaces for e-cars on the 1st level. On request, our reception will unlock the charging stations for you.
The ground-level parking spaces are reserved for our staff.

The card allows daily free use of one cable car or access to the XP adventure park (including day of arrival or day of departure). The ski storage room is located next to the night entrance. Each room/apartment has an assigned ski locker to store your skis, ski boots (with dryer) or hiking equipment in summer.

Our hotel is smoke-free! A dedicated smoking area is located near the entrance. You may smoke on the balcony of your apartment, ashtrays will be provided. If there is no ashtray, please ask at reception.
